A Canadian citizen living in Lebanon since 2010 has been linked to this murderous attack in Bulgaria.

That Hezbollah is behind the attack, allegedly, is no surprise.  That a Canadian is linked to Hezbollah, is a surprise.  And a disappointment.

It is past time the EU declared this group a terrorist organization.
